Shipping

The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order that allows for each product to reach at the soonest time possible. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has shipped marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of order placed, not the date of shipping. You also agree that courier company has delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and all the shipments to Outside Delivery Area will be delivered once or twice a week and No Service Area, the order will be cancelled even after the shipment has dispatched. The couriers are contracted to make 3 delivery attempts after which they will return the parcel to us and considered as undeliverable.

Pre-Order

When an item opens for Pre-Order, we include our best estimate of the availability date. We will always do our best to meet this date. However sometimes production and shipping schedules change, which means we need to update the timing accordingly.

Warranty

For Video Games - Consoles (Hardware), Games (Software), accessories and subscription cards do not carry any warranty. However, some Accessories & Console (Hardware) have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if mentioned on the products page. For Electronics - greengadgetsuae, offers 6-month replacement warranty for compatible batteries, adapters and keyboards upon verification. System Requirements for Video Games Make sure you check your system requirements before purchase. Certain software is region coded. For example, PAL software may not work on NTSC machine. For PC games kindly check the minimum hardware specification required.

Cancellation of order

In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to greengadgetsuae.ae@gamil.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation. If your order is not shipped, we will cancel the order and will process refund. International Orders: If your order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Note: Refund will take 3-5 business days to process and up to 30 Days to reflect in your credit card.

Delivery

Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. We will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery. Risk of loss and damage of product(s) passes to the customer on the date when the Product(s) is/are dispatched by us to the carrier. Any dates quoted by greengadgetsuae.co for the delivery of product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. We aim to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. greengadgetsuae, shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the product(s) within the estimated delivery time. greengadgetsuae.co will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside UAE. It is the responsibility of customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the product(s). If an order shipment is undeliverable, the product(s) ordered by the customer will be returned to the greengadgetsuae at the customer's expense, as stock available for sale to other customers. The returned product(s) can be sold to other customers and the greengadgetsuae shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned product(s) to the customer.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Seller. Quantities are subject to availability. In the event of shortage, we may allocate sales and deliveries at its sole discretion.
