Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Greengadgetsuae is here to help, make the return process as easy as possible for you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date for refund, credit, replacement, exchange or repair at greengadgetsuae option. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the original tags are tempered or misplaced, then the return/replacement request will be void. Open software and consumables including, but not limited to, toner and ink cartridges, rollers, papers and backup tapes are non-returnable and may only be returned for repair or replacement to the manufacturer. While greengadgetsuae is not able to process returns or exchanges on these products, we are always here to assist in facilitating support with the manufacturer.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@greeengadgetsuae.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item in the company boxing, and mail your return to the following address:

Habib Bank Building, Opposite to KFC, Meenabazaar, Burdubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three or four (3-4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. The total amount will be refunded other than COD and Delivery Charges. Refunds may take 3-4 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment). We can cancel your order as long as you request.

However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The 10% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.

We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

All our products come with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return authorization. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process. Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void. No warranty will be given if the product is damaged or the design / shape changes after use (applicable with lithium batteries). Batteries which get swollen are not eligible for replacement.

Please Note

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty, if any, applies. No returns of any type will be accepted at the returns warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number printed on the label.

All products being returned must include all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Returns for products missing any of the above items will be returned to the customer unprocessed with no refund or credit issued. Products returned to greengadgetsuae that have been misrepresented by the customer in any way, including but not limited to item condition or serial number, will be returned to the customer unprocessed with no refund or credit issued.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returned products when the items being returned. Refunds for returned items will be issued via the same mode of payment used on the original transaction. Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the delivery day. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.

No damage/defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Video Games, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Warranty is not applicable if the battery is swollen or bulge-up. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
